2. Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the notice for completeness and validity
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as required by law
  • Notify the party who posted or is responsible for the material, where applicable
  • Document the notice and our response for our records

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., in the district where Stray Kids Merch is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate access for users or accounts found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. No Waiver of Rights

Nothing in this Policy shall be construed as an admission of infringement, and we reserve all rights and defenses available to us under applicable law.
